DANIEL NAQIB HASBULLAH (Dan)
 

I have been involved in sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. I started playing rugby at 14, alongside strength training at 16, and moved on to bodybuilding for a while from 19. Something I continued until I was 22, just before moving to Scotland.

After relocating, I fell in love with the scenery here and took up cycling, racing in a few amateur events over the years. More recently, I’ve made my way back to rugby and now play for Livingston. I’ve also gained my qualifications along the way, from ACE Personal Training back in Malaysia to my UK Level 3 conversion and Level 4 Strength & Conditioning.

Alongside coaching and running Time On Fitness, I’m also a firefighter. Fitness and coaching have always been true passions of mine, there’s nothing better than seeing people progress and knowing I get to be part of that journey. TOF really is my second home. I know our members personally, and having watched this business and community grow over the past 10 years makes me incredibly proud of what it has become today.

I’m excited to continue helping people push limits, build confidence, and find their place in our community.

KIRSTEN NAQIB HASBULLAH (K)
 

I started my fitness journey about seven years ago, exploring different forms of training from bodybuilding and CrossFit to running. Over time, my training has evolved, and these days I love a mix of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and the occasional run. Having experienced so many different training styles, I built a strong foundation that helped me thrive when I began my in-house PT training at Time On Fitness.

I’ve now been coaching sessions here for over two years, and somewhere along the way I earned the nickname “sweet but deadly” I promise that’s a compliment! Alongside coaching, I’m also a qualified and practising nurse, and I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

TOF truly feels like home to me. Many of our members have watched me grow through my own journey, and getting to support them through theirs is one of my favourite parts of being here. I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your fitness story too!

COLIN PALMER (Coco)
 

I grew up playing rugby for Livingston and was always active, but like many people, life took over. Between becoming a dad and general changes in routine, I drifted away from fitness for a while. About five years ago, I realised I needed to make a change. Not just physically, but mentally too, and that’s when I joined Time On Fitness.

From day one, I clicked with the community. Through consistency and support, I started to see real progress again. After a couple of years, the difference wasn’t just in how I looked or performed, it was in how I felt. My confidence returned, my mindset improved, and I felt like myself again.

During that time, I grew to love how the sessions were run at TOF, and it sparked something in me. I wanted to help others get out of the same rut I’d been in. After continued training and completing my in-house PT development, I started coaching sessions two years ago and I haven’t looked back since. Being part of TOF now feels like training with a bunch of mates every day, and I’m proud to play a big role in the gym.

Alongside coaching, I also run my own landscaping business and work as an on-call firefighter. TOF has given me the platform not only to rebuild myself, but to help others do the same and that’s what I love most about being here.
